The REAL PULPY DEAL: Now within our reach

Dear Pulpy Readers,

Blessings this 2011!  This year, I want to start my year right. I told myself to be more cautious on my daily diet.  I had my grocery done and I intentionally took a bottle of MINUTE MAID...oh well, I believe it has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED.
But believing isn't as easy as 1-2-3 for me.

Let me tell you my story how I fell in love with this PULPY DEAL.

THE DOUBT IN ME:
I have already known this product ever since it was advertised by a famous celebrity and out of curiosity I tried buying MINUTE MAID PULPY ORANGE. ^_^  But things are playing on my mind...is it true??? Almost everything today is artificial - foods, sweeteners, drinks, etc... too many to mention.

THE TASTE TEST:
I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’. Aw, c’mon…It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe it's just a sort of advertisement or whatsoever a marketing strategy just to say it's "FRESH" or  "ALL-NATURAL". Now, all of a sudden, a bottled drink with no preservatives added?  That is really catchy.  I myself am a critic when it comes to products (cosmetics, apparels, foods and drinks,etc.).  Of course, I want to make sure that the products I am using is at its best.  Economical but at the same time not sacrificing the "QUALITY" I am getting. For so long I was looking for a refreshing drink which had no fizz in it...

THE TRUTH:

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added. So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!  That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens!  Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I started to get addicted on it even on my first taste! Amazingly it tastes like what I used to prepare  -  a freshly squeezed orange juice.

Well, I love fresh fruit drinks. There's a lot of benefits by drinking a glass of it:

1. Boosts  immune system:  Drinking a glass of orange juice a day will keep the doctor away.  It contains high percentage of Vitamin C (helpful in boosting the immune system). Therefore, I will be less likely to catch various illnesses (colds, flu, piles, obesity, kidney disorders). What more, it reduces the risk of cancer.

2. Lower both cholesterol and blood pressure levels: These are common problems among middle aged men and women,  like me.

3. Very high in antioxidants: What it means is that this yummy juice may help prevent various forms of cancer, including breast cancer and prostate cancer.

4. Fairly large amounts of potassium:  An essential nutrient for my body.

5. Help reduce the risk of heart disease:  It helps improve circulation.

6. Aids in the healing process:  Contains Folate (plays a major role in the reproduction of new cells)

7. Helps relieve arthritis-related pain:  It has anti-inflammatory properties that helps in relieving the pain.

8. Aids in weight loss:  Due to the antioxidants found in orange juice, many people believe that drinking it on a regular basis may help.

I knew that starting the day with a glass of fresh fruit juice is extremely refreshing since it gives me a whole lot instant energy, makes me feel driven longer and hydrates my body.  That's a wise step for someone like me who is on a diet. :p  Well, the story behind this "diet" is unhealthy intake of foods.  I used to eat a lot of junk foods, snacks with empty calories and drink sodas a lot instead of fresh juice or water.

At first, I didn't see any major changes on my body:

But as time flies by, the usual "SKINNY" girl is no longer at sight, especially after my pregnancy :(

THE TURNING POINT:
I realized that I really need to cut down my weight...and started eating and preparing alternative healthy foods like this...
Tuna Malunggay Burger

Avoiding junk foods...

...and sodas.

THE PASSION:
Due to health reasons, I am determined to have a healthy diet.   Now, I prefer drinking fresh juice because it has no harmful ingredients...
...just like what MINUTE MAID PULPY ORANGE is offering.

THE ENJOYMENT:
So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right?  Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means it's like I am drinking a freshly squeezed oranges picked from a tree!  It is tantamount to say that I'm indulging the freshest orange juice from a bottle!

Believe me, I have never felt such sensation for the record...and yes, while drinking from a bottled orange juice.
 .

THE REVELATION:
So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!! Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED,  I'm gonna compare a freshly squeezed orange juice with Minute Maid Pulpy:
