Following her first international project, singer Karylle has expressed her desire for more overseas performances.In an interview, Karylle said: “Itong show na ito hopefully after this magkaroon ng iba pang offers, kung sa theater naman, ‘pag dumating na lang kasi lagi namang may auditions, gaya nito nag-audition ako for this.”
Together with singer Christian Bautista, Karylle left for Singapore last June 1 to topbill a musical TV series titled “The Kitchen Musical.”
Karylle spent 2 months there taping the musical TV series and came back in the country recently.
On August 9, Karylle is set to fly to Singapore again to continue taping until the end of September.
Karylle said she is looking forward to see the pilot episode of “The Kitchen Musical” in ABS-CBN this coming October.
The following episodes of the series will by shown in Studio 23 and AXN cable channel.
Meanwhile, Karylle said she is not worried about her showbiz career in the Philippines because she still tries her best to reach out to her fans even when she’s abroad.
“Actually everyone is interactive, everyone is on Twitter. Nagsusulat na lang ako, nagba-blog din ako once in a while. Gumagawa rin ako ng mga video ganyan,” she said.
