The 2nd Pinoy Expats-OFW Blog Awards (PEBA) was held at the Philam Life Theater along UN Avenue in Manila last Dec 27, 2009. The program exceeded 2 hours but the wait was all worth it for the Top 10 Best Blog awardees.The 2009 Top 10 Pinoy Expats/OFW Blog Awards are:
