New Twist on a Tuna: TUNA MALUNGGAY PATTIES!!!

For someone like me who is watching diet (most of the time), tuna is my best friend.  I treat myself with this healthy treat in different ways: (e.g. making a tuna sandwich, tuna salad, or even eating it plainly with a bit of lime and onions).
Now there's a new twist to enjoy the goodness of tuna...by making TUNA MALUNGGAY PATTIES!!!!!!

Ingredients:
1 can of 155 g of Century Tuna Hot and Spicy (lite)
2 cans of 105 g of Century Tuna Hot and Spicy (lite)
Fresh Malunggay leaves
Bread Crumbs
1 beaten egg
Chopped onions
Ground pepper
Salt

Directions:
1.  Drain the tuna. (remove all the oil)
2.  Set aside.
3.  Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
4.  Make a patty. (size depends on your preference)
5.  Deep fry in oil (preferably Palm Oil).  It should be cooked in high fire.
6.  After frying, set aside to drain the excessive oil.
7.  Serve.

Best served with the mixture of Vinegar, Fresh Garlic and Sugar.

A great alternative for your burger cravings!!!
