New Twists and Turns on Good Vibes

This Sunday (August 14), the young fans of the show will surely tune in again, especially with the new twists that might shake up the program’s popular love teams.

Former “just friends” Marc (Sam) and Ara (Yen Santos) may now have a mutual understanding but the leader of the Good Vibes crew seems to still feel something for his ex-girlfriend Monique (Coleen Garcia).

In the coming episode, Marc will feel uneasy after seeing Monique (Coleen Garcia) with Ralion (Nel Gomez), the leader of their rival group Automatic Groove. Witness how Marc and Ara deal with this incident as they try to make their special relationship work.

A new girl will also enter the life of Spencer (James Reid). After Maribeth (Devon Seron) finally admitted her love for him, the Australian-born looker will meet Lucy.

Ann Li, the other half of the JamLi team-up in Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash edition will play Lucy. Find out if which pairing will prevail. Will it be JamLi or Jaevon?

Meanwhile, the cast of the program are feeling a little separation anxiety as they begin to tape their last few scenes in the program. According to an insider, the kids even stay throughout the taping, even if their sequences are done, just so they could bond more with each other.

Coleen said, “I’m going to miss making good memories with everyone in GV. I’ve made such amazing friends here and I’ve learned so much.”

Nel, a latest addition to the group, said he owes the show a lot for improving both his acting and dancing skills.

“People always ask if I feel bad that people hate me on GV. But to me it’s an indication that

I’m doing my role right. Of course, the dancing was always thrilling. I can actually say I am a better dancer because of GV,” he said.

Enrique and Linn Oeymo, on the other hand, will miss the fun times with the group. Enrique shared, “I will miss joking and sound-tripping every taping, as well as the tough rehearsals and dance. Of course, I will cherish the friendship I found here. I believe we will all be friends still even after the program.”

All Time High Ratings for Good Vibes

ABS-CBN’s “Good Vibes” displayed its ratings power last Sunday (July 31) as it widened its lead over rival program “Tween Hearts.”

Based on the national TV ratings from global media specialist Kantar Media, the Sam Concepcion and Enrique Gil-led show garnered a rating of 12.2% compared to just 8.8% of “Tween Hearts.” This is the highest rating for “Good Vibes” since it was launched last April.

With the story of the Pedroza brothers—Marc (Sam) and Troy (Enrique)—and the whole Good Vibes crew nearing its end, fans are clamoring for another extension for the program, which has been airing for more than four months.

Aside from the amazing dance numbers, viewers tune in to the show because of its stories that ooze both romance and life lessons. Just like in the coming episode, the program will highlight again the importance of believing in oneself and in your team as the Good Vibes crew finally auditions for the Pilipinas Dance Challenge.

Maribeth, played by Devon Seron, will also show how it is to be true to one’s feelings after she unintentionally reveals her love to one of her suitors. Find out if this lucky fellow is Spencer (James Reid) or Gab (Ivan Dorschner) this Sunday.

Meanwhile, the cast of the program personally brought good vibes to the children of “Childhaus,” after they joined them in transferring to their new home. “Childhaus” is a facility that serves as shelter of children with severe illnesses.

Sam, said he is amazed by how the small act of helping them move houses went a long way for the children.

“It really warmed my heart to see them with hope and smiles on their faces as they moved to a better home. I’m really glad to have been a part of their lives somehow,” he shared.

More romantic scenes and awesome dance numbers are coming so don’t miss the country’s number one youth-oriented show “Good Vibes,” after “ASAP Rocks,” on ABS-CBN. Also watch for the GV crew as they open “Gandang Gabi Vice” also this Sunday (Ausgut 7) after “Pilipinas Got Talent.”

Enrique Gil Fighting With Good Vibes Leading Lady Linn Oeymo?

Is it true that Enrique Gil and his leading lady Linn Oeymo are fighting in the set of their leading youth-oriented program “Good Vibes?”

During a recent taping for their show, Linn was seen “slapping” Enrique after a take.

In an interview with the teen actress, Linn said she was taken aback when the young actor appeared to be about to kiss her. But she also clarified that the slap wasn’t hard, or even a serious one.

“I wasn’t offended. I just got a little uneasy. I want to apologize to the fans but as far as Enrique and I are concerned, we are ok, we’re friends,” she said.

Enrique corroborated Linn’s statement and even narrated how the incident occurred.

“What was going to happen in the scene was Geleen (Linn) will finally take me, as Troy, to be her boyfriend. After saying our lines I felt like our faces were coming closer and closer to each other. So I asked our director, ‘are we supposed to kiss?’ Linn, being younger than I am, was surprised about my comment and laughed at me,” he said.

Linn isn’t the only one who’ll have a kilig moment this week. In the coming episode, Maribeth (Devon Seron) will discover a beautiful dress in her room. Find out which prince charming is waiting for her outside her door. Is it Gab (Ivan Dorschner) or Spencer (James Reid)?

Meanwhile, Devon recalled feeling like a princess in real life. “After we got out of the Pinoy Big Brother house we were invited to the Star Magic Ball. I really dressed up and prepared for it. It was the first time too that a guy fetched me from home. It’s memorable because I had been used to being one of the boys,” she shared.

In the program, Devon and the gang will be informed about an ambitious idea from half-brothers Marc (Sam Concepcion) and Troy. Wanting to win in the Pilipinas Dance Challenge, the two are planning to form one super dance crew to strengthen their chances of moving forward in the contest.

Find out if the members of former rival groups SinagDiwa and Bustamoves agree to dance together. Also watch out for the very first date between March and Ara (Yen Santos).

With a good and relatable story, superb acting from its stars, awesome dance portions and lots of romantic or kilig scenes, “Good Vibes” once again ruled the national TV ratings last Sunday (July 17). The show got a 9.5 percent versus just 8.9 % for rival program “Tween Hearts.”

Sam Concepcion's New Love on Good Vibes

Boys of Good Vibes Reveal How They Get the Girls

Young heartthrobs Sam Concepcion, Enrique Gil, James Reid, and Ivan Dorschner are feeling extra inspired and romantic with the love stories they get to be part of in the top-rating youth oriented program “Good Vibes” on ABS-CBN.

In an interview, television’s hottest male teen stars held nothing back as they reveal how they make the girls fall in love, in real life.

Sam, who plays Marc in the show, said he shares his character’s persistence and determination when pursuing a girl. However, this doesn’t mean he goes out of his way to try to impress her.

“I just be myself. I think the best way to catch a girl’s attention is if you just be yourself and say things from the heart,” he said.

In the program, Marc is still trying to make it up to his ex-girlfriend Monique, played by Coleen Garcia. On the side, he gets a little distracted after his friend Ara (Yen Santos) admitted her feelings for him.

Enrique, meanwhile, still prefers asking the girl out first for dinner dates. He said he is not so much of a “flowers” guy, but he likes giving memorable gifts like a necklace, ring, or bracelet.

If the girl’s parents are strict, he said this is what should be done. “If I were to spend time with her, it would be with her family,” he shared.

Enrique’s character Troy is set to showcase his courtship skills as he begins to woo Geleen (Linn Oeymo). He also decided to remain best friends with Maribeth (Devon Seron), who is being “cornered” by not one, but two guys.

One of them is Gab, played by Ivan Dorschner. Ivan said his style is different from his character, and more like Gab’s rival, Spencer (James Reid). “Sinisigurado namin ang sincerity namin para less chance tayo magkakamali,” he said.

The hunky former Pinoy Big Brother housemate added he knows there’s a possibility for him to fall for a girl when they always have interesting conversations. “I call it M3, ‘Malay Mo Ma-develop,” he revealed.

James, meanwhile, does not believe in courtship and serenading girls before they start hanging-out. The Australian born and raised looker said he isn’t like Spencer who will resort to almost anything to get the girl’s attention.

“My style is very chilled. Usually, I only give gifts if they are meaningful to the girl. However, I like having a sweet beginning to a relationship,” he explained.

Witness their alter egos work their ways to their girls’ hearts in the program, where more plots are set to open as the characters continue to grow up and encounter different experiences.

Marc and Monique will share a dramatic moment, as the former hints of finally letting go after trying to get Monique back. Troy, meanwhile, gets to be closer to Geleen as she jumps ship to his crew, the Bustamoves for the Pilipinas Dance Challenge.

Maribeth will then discover Ara’s secret that will drive the two closer. With Marc and Spencer getting into the picture, will this little secret finally be exposed?

Stay tuned for all the kilig vibes you can handle on “Good Vibes” this Sunday (July 3), after “ASAP Rocks” on ABS-CBN.

Is Sam Concepcion and Coleen Garcia's Closeness Making Enrique Gil Jealous?

“Sina Monique and Marc, napaka-emosyunal nang relasyon bilang dating mag-on.

Good Vibes Adds Up Kilig on Sunday Viewing

It’s not Valentine’s day on Sunday (June 19), but it’s definitely going to be sweet and romantic for viewers of the country’s leading youth-oriented program “Good Vibes” on ABS-CBN.

This coming episode, Ara (Yen Santos) finally gets to spend time alone with Marc (Sam Concepcion), a friend she has secretly admired for a long time. See if Marc chooses to reciprocate her feelings or stays focused on winning back his ex-girlfriend Monique (Coleen Garcia).

His half-brother Troy (Enrique Gil) is also near in confronting his own love issues with Geleen (Linn Oeymo), their fellow Sinagdiwa dancer. Troy has to find creative ways to bridge the gap between him and Geleen, who unlike him, grew up in comfort and luxury.

Pinoy Big Brother cuties Ivan Dorschner (Gab) and James Reid (Spencer), on the other hand, get into a duel for the affection of Devon Seron’s Maribeth. Jaevon fans (James-Devon) will surely be excited to hear that James will be serenading Devon in one scene.
The two have been linked ever since their days inside the PBB house.

With the show going the next level in “kilig,” many are wondering if the feelings between the co-stars would transcend the boob tube. Take Sam and Coleen as an example. The two have reportedly been spending a lot of time together on the set.

Sam, who has evolved from being the precocious sing and dance act in “Little Big Star” into a certified teen actor-heartthrob, said he feels at ease when he’s with Coleen.

“She’s really fun to be with. It doesn’t feel like work when I’m with her because she just makes you feel comfortable,” he said.

Asked if he’s ready to fall in love, the talented lad just said, “You never know when you’re falling in love. It just happens. I can’t really tell, but if it does happen then I’m ready for it.”

Devon, meanwhile, isn’t ready for a commitment as she’d rather focus on her work and studies. She, however, admitted that she fancied her new “love team” Ivan when they were still housemates in PBB.

“Crush? Of course, Ivan’s very handsome. But we’ve remained just close friends ever since PBB,” she clarified.
Linn, meanwhile, opened up about what she looks for in a boyfriend. She said, “What I look for in a guy is simple. I want him to love and respect me for who I am and what I do.”

Her partner in the show, Enrique, on the other hand, seems focused on his career, especially now that he’s juggling two shows in “Good Vibes” and “Mula sa Puso.” But he does, however, play an important role off-cam as the object of “paglilihi” of Dominic Ochoa’s pregnant wife.

Dominic, who plays the dad of Enrique and Sam in the show, shared his excitement on celebrating Father’s Day this year. The original “Gimik” alumnus added he relates to his character Nestor.

“I’m similar to Nestor Pedroza because I make sure to be responsible always, that I spend quality time with my family and that I have an open communication with my wife about everything,” he said.

The question now is this: will he have the same reaction when Nestor finally learns about the secret relationship between his eldest child Carmi, played by Kristel Moreno, and the younger Franco, played by Arron Villaflor?

Find out in the most kilig episode to date of “Good Vibes,” this Sunday (June 19), after “ASAP Rocks” on ABS-CBN.
