E-Learning: An Option To Hone Your Skills, Or....?

I've learned 90% of my online skills and knowledge through books, e-books, websites, webinars and blogs most of which are free and few are paid for by a great boss. I believe that to be a truly competitive and effective online worker, one needs to continually study and learn because the Internet is constantly changing and updating itself.
